consider joining our volunteer team by contacting us and we can chat & discern what seems the best fit.
Current Opportunities
- Raking leaves (we didn't get to all of them this year and this is a good time with no snow on the ground)
- Chopping & stacking firewood
- Food preparation (cook/bake your favorite recipe and donate it to future retreatants' meals)
- Offering hospitality (being willing to welcome retreatants, help them settle in, and serve their meals. This would give Delcy a much needed break during this transition time)
- Mailing (we will soon printing and sending out our newsletter)
- Grant research & writing
- A Volunteer Coordinator!
Other Opportunities
- Mowing grass
- Shoveling snow from driveway and walkways
- Weeding flower beds
- Cooking for group retreats (on-site or from home)
- Baking some cookies for the cookie jar
- Cleaning the retreat house or cabins
- Clearing/maintaining walking trails
