Delcy's Chocolate-Chip Cookies

Ingredients:5 cups of flour
2 ¼ tsp baking soda
2 ¼ tsp salt
2 ¼ cups soft butter or shortening
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups brown sugar
2 ¼ tsp vanilla
¾ tsp water
4 big eggs
3 cups chocolate chips
2 ¼ cups oatmeal
2 ¼ cups nuts
Instructions:Preheat oven to 375°. Sift together 5 cups flour, 2 ¼ tsp baking soda, 2 ¼ tsp salt; set aside.
Blend 2 ¼ cups soft butter or shortening, 1 ½ cups sugar, 1 ½ cups brown sugar(packed), 2 ¼ tsp vanilla, and ¾ tsp water. Beat in 4 eggs. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in 3 cups chocolate chips, 2 ¼ cups oatmeal, and 2 ¼ cups nuts.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 min.
